No application fee
•
Copy of drivers license with application for all adults who plan on living in apartment
•
Income 3 times what the rent is (verified)
•
Good job history (verified)
•
No evictions within the last 10 years (case by case)
•
No more than 2 people per bedroom
•
Criminal History: no misdemeanor within 1 year and felony’s with in 5 years. No drug
dealing charges. No battery/assault charges. No resisting arrest charges. No excessive
noise charges. No child neglect, abuse charges. No sex crimes charges. (case by case)
